We are very proud to have had the privilege of working with world renown West Australian winery Cullen Wines for the past 4 years. During this time we have worked tirelessly on building and maintaining their highly successful customer engagement program ‘Family and Friends’. The aim was to develop a regular communication platform that delivered unique content, exclusive offers and encouraged direct wine sales and visits to the Cullen Restaurant in Wilyabrup, Western Australia. With Cullen’s biodynamic practices, award winning wines, carbon neutral status and highly rated Restaurant, they are content rich and members respond very positively to this personal contact.
Email open rates have climbed and direct sales have increased steadily over this time. As well as online marketing, we have also been able to assist with a broad range of marketing services, including design, media planning, advertising, branding, staff training, data analytics, marketing collateral and assistance at events.
Two of the most rewarding projects we had the pleasure of working on was the compilation of the book of the history of Cullen Wines and the Cullen family, and the release of the 2012 ‘Vanya’ Cabernet Sauvignon in November 2015, which was rated 99 points out of 100 by wine critic James Halliday, and is arguably one of the finest wines ever produced in WA.
