Jeff has more than 20 years business experience across a diverse range of industries and roles. Over this time one simple guiding principle has been reinforced time and time again – to be successful in business you have to understand your customers better than your competitors.
After graduating with a business degree in Marketing and Information Technology, he then spent 10 years working in a range of advertising and direct marketing agencies in Perth and Sydney, where he has worked with a range of clients, including Audi, Microsoft and Colonial State Bank.
Upon returning to Perth in 2001, Jeff joined Australia Post in the role of database consultant to work with key corporate clients developing database marketing strategies and tactics. After a short-time Jeff was promoted to manage the Marketing Department in WA and Jeff’s passion for direct marketing saw a range of innovative industry marketing campaigns executed with great effect.
Jeff was then promoted to the roler of State Retail Manager in WA where he had overall accountability for the retail business in WA. This network comprised over 400+ retail outlets across the state with in excess of 1,000 employees and a $300m+ revenue target.
Jeff was Commercial Manager for 18 months, overseeing all Sales, Marketing and Retail functions in the state. He was sought out as a seminar presenter and for staff training. He then spent 18 months on a number of national Marketing and IT projects until Monkey Logic was formed in October 2010. He has served as a Board Member of the WA Small Business Development Corporations (SBDC) for three years.
